secondaries;
proudly uses the carboy cap;
weilds the racking cane sans plastic tip;
is unsure about the usefulness of decoction, but is willing to give it a
try;
purchased and uses BeerTools;
adds irish moss to all batches when he remembers;
enjoys sour beers and vows to make some someday;
endorses forward seal taps;
does not buy arguments against aluminum;
proudly uses the Bayou Classic Banjo Kick A;
recommends "How to Brew", by John Palmer;
listens to the Jamil show;
believes Brewtopia is the vangard or the new craft brewing movement;
believes good beer is worth traveling for;
uses single infusion batch sparging;
doesn't sweat efficiency;
gives fermentation temperature his main focus followed by wort-cooling;
believes that beer is a happy accident;
wants to build some local beer culture;
has scrapped his Blichman beer gun for the BMBF method of bottle
filling;
exclusivly uses a March pump for wort transfers;
uses a Shirron plate chiller with recirulated water/ice;
recirculates his wort to cool the entire batch;
uses dry yeast where appropriate;
employs the Williams airstone wand to oxygenate his wort;
will never serve you a beer in a plastic cup;
drinks the yeast in a hefe;
eschews the lemon;
will ocasionally drink a Pabst or a Pacifico;
will never order a BMC in a bar or restaurant but won't turn one away if
offered one as a guest in your home;
prefers better bottles and does not belive in using anything but #1 PETE
when dealing with clear plastic jugs.

35. also enjoys wine and
cocktails;
36. has switched to the SS braid
from a false bottom but the
verdict is still out;
37. uses Polysulfone plastic QDs
and 1/2" ID silicone hi temp
tubing from morebeer.
