I bottled the first major bunch of bottles since I got into kegging. My 888 RIS
was about due for transfer to bottles -- or running the risk of being gone by
August 8.
Anyhoo, two hours filling bottles via the BMBF (Biermuncher Bottle Filler), and
the keg was empty, just in time to fill with my Speckled Cream Ale to carb it up
for the 4th of July. I still haven't quite got the hang of the disconnect move,
so I beered myself in the face a time or two. Brewkakke, anybody?
The notty cake from the cream ale is waiting patiently in my basement for
Sunday, when I plan to brew up my sour mash stout. Now, time to head for teh
bed. Good thing I;ve got the day off tomorrow.
