About 10 minutes into the boil on this bad mutha:
5.5 gallons
OG - 1.050
FG - 1.013
ABV - 4.9%
9 lbs Vienna
1 lb Crystal 10L
.5 Carapils
Mashed at 150 for 60 mins in 3.5 gallons.
Added 1.5 gallons and ran off to kettle.
3.5 gallons of 180 water and sparged to kettle to achieve 7 gallons in the
boiler. I always aim for 5.5 gallons in the fermenter and expect to lose .5
galls to trub.

Going to cold condition for a few weeks after fermentation and see if I can get
it to attenuate enough to fool people into thinking I used a SF lager yeast.
